Early Minds Sleep Coaching

Do you struggle to find a bedtime routine that works for you? Or maybe you just can’t get your little one to sleep in their cot? It could be that you’re having trouble transitioning from a cot to a bed or simply that your child JUST WONT SLEEP! Whatever the problem you’re facing, I am here to help you. My sleep coaching service will be tailored to you and your individual needs. With an in home (location dependent) or a remote option (means I can reach out to people worldwide) to choose from, you can feel confident knowing that together we can achieve your dreams of silent nights once more for the whole family. I am trained in gentle sleep methods but am always happy to help coach you through your preferred chosen method. I am very proud to say I have a 100% success rate. This is a remote option as well and can all be done via phone calls, zoom, whatsapp, etc. I have potty trained very many children over the years and have always been extremely successful. Free of Charge

The initial consultation is free of charge and will consist of a phone call to establish what you are needing help with and whether or not you would benefit from my services. Not everyone has the same needs or circumstances. In fact, it would be hard to find two people who would benefit from the exact same plan. If you decide to proceed you will then be able to choose between the remote consultation or in home consultation.

In-Home Consultation

This option allows for a more indepth assessment which could help me to better identify your personal needs. During our session, we’ll map your needs together to come up with a personalised plan that is both comfortable and effective. I will then create your child's sleep plan which will be emailed to you. This option includes follow ups with extra guidance sessions and access to ongoing tips and advice if needed. Your plan will include a break down of methods that you can use and these can be tweaked and changed until we find what works for you and your baby/child.

Remote Consultation

This is an online only option, which would involve support via Zoom/Skype or WhatsApp video or voice call. This option will include an in-depth chat about your and your child's daily and bedtime routines and any other relevant information. I will then create a sleep plan which will be emailed to you. Extra support is provided with this plan if needed. We can use zoom/whatsapp video call in order to connect and allow me to meet you, your child and even to show me your daily and bedtime routines. Let’s work together in order to find a sleep plan that works for you and your family.

Potty Training!

I am now offering a remote potty training service for any parents/carers who may be struggling. All advice and support is given via voice and video call where I will be able to work with you and talk you through, step by step, how to get your child successfully toilet trained!

Charley- Mum to an 11 month old


Emily has been guiding us with some sleep coaching, she said we had done it on our own and didn't need the help, but we feel that she has helped us help ourselves massively.
Having Emily around and at the end of the phone is what motivated us to really gain more routine and repetition, and having her check in every other day reinforced that. She motivated and encouraged us, she gave positive feedback at the smallest things which of course helped.
Being in a situation where I myself didn't have a mother or family member guiding me with what a routine should look like for a baby, and pointing out where we are going wrong, Emily really stepped up. She had a long video call with myself and my baby and made us feel very comfortable, she told me I am not messing up as a mother and that my child is lovely, she simply suggested some well needed guidance to the issues that we explained in the call, and gave us some well needed direction and a good place to start.
She wrote us a tailor-made sleep plan which we haven't followed exactly, but enough for us to start forming what works for us and we have definitely started to see some positive changes so we wanted to say thank you Emily and we know that you are still at the end of the phone or would be willing to visit if we needed further help or support.
Emily is very kind and easy to talk to and just her being in our life for a short time has given us so much confidence. Xx

I came across Emily’s sleep coaching business via Facebook one night when I posted my predicament on a sleep support group for mums. We we’re in desperate need of help after having months and months of sleep deprivation with our 9 month old waking every 40 mins-2 hours at night and fighting sleep among other issues. Emily had responded and said how she would love to help us. We had used another sleep coach a few months earlier and were given some bad advice and taken advantage of so was really hesitant about trusting another sleep coach however it soon became apparent how kind, supportive and genuine Emily was so we took the plunge and it was the best decision we have made in the 9 months of having our daughter. The support you get from Emily is amazing. She spoke with us on the phone for our initial consultation, we then had a very detailed sleep plan and routine emailed to us and she has been there on the other end of the phone and what’s app for advice and help as we implemented the plan. Even at 8pm one Sunday night while I was in tears trying to get our daughter to sleep! I felt she really understood our situation and could even tell us what our daughters different cries were after sending videos (something we couldn’t work out ourselves!). We’re not fully there yet but we only started the training one week ago and already the results are incredible! Kelly Bradley- Mum of 2 (8 month old and 11 year old) 

I contacted Emily through fb as I was absolutely at breaking point as my now 8 month old son was not sleeping through the night and hadn't since birth. I have an 11yr old and need to drive for school runs. My husband has been supportive but now found us to argue due to my sleep deprivation, I tried getting my son in a routine through the chaos of constant school runs and extra curricular activities for my eldest on top of trying to manage a puppy and work. I found Emily to be empathetic towards my situation and did not judge me in anyway. Emily gathered information about my son and elder daughter so that she could put together a strategic routine that would work for my chaotic lifestyle. Emily was prompt with her responses and quickly gave me a full regime for my son offering tweeks where necessary. I started to follow Emily's advice and routine feeling somewhat sceptical as I felt I'd tried it all. Emily took on board my concerns of not wanting to try certain methods out there and respected my decisions. I found the first week tough as I needed to cram in more of a morning than usual but I persevered with Emily by my side and finally my son slept through the night. With a few minor hiccups such as going on holiday my son now continues to sleep through each night. I found Emily to be well worth the money (I would actually pay double!) She has followed up with me over the past month to see the progress we are making and I couldn't highly recommend her enough, she has been a godsend to my family and my husband finally gets his wife back and this mamma finally gets sleep with happy children.

I was on Facebook when someone shared Emily’s sleep coaching page, on which I contacted straight away in desperate need of help. My son, who was 6 months at the time, has never slept well. We had constant hourly wake ups and had Co-slept since birth. I never thought he was going to sleep longer than an hour at a time, or on his own, but now he does all of this. My partner and I did not want to do any cry it out methods and Emily understood this and never encouraged us to do so. From the first phone call we felt comfortable and happy to try all the tips and advice. The constant support alongside friendly and prompt responses made this experience 10/10. I’d message Emily at any time with any new hurdle and she would answer and constantly offer new advice, you can tell she is generally passionate about what she does and is well experience in dealing with even the hardest babies! This best part of this experience for me was how comfortable I was messaging Emily. I felt as if I couldn’t do it right and I was failing somehow, but never once did Emily make me feel embarrassed or like I wasn’t capable of overcoming this challenge. I cannot express enough how helpful Emily has been in changing the dreaded nighttime’s to easy, stress free and happy times. Even my son seems so much happier with his routine and new evenings. We are so relieved someone could get us all more sleep in such a stress free way.

I just want to start by saying I am a mom of 6 kids and never felt a struggle like I did recently with my 16 month old son. My little guy seems very very sensitive to sleep and has hit every regression extremely hard. I would like to say I knew alot about baby sleep, but after meeting Emily I had such a wrong outlook on everything and didn't fully understand the things that she helped me understand. I loved Emily's gental approach and how she was with explaining and understanding. About Me

Helping families rediscover silent nights

Hello, my name is Emily Clarke and I have experience working with children from newborn through to 13 years old. I have an Early Childhood Studies degree and a level 3 Gentle Sleep Educator certificate too. I have always been so passionate about helping families and working closely with children to help them learn and develop. I feel this want to help families and children stems from my mother who worked for 22 years in nursing and midwifery. I have worked in nurseries, as a nanny abroad and here in the UK. I am currently a nursery manager. Sleep coaching has always been a real interest of mine, and I am looking to complete my level 6 in sleep coaching next year (2022). I will aim to help your family achieve peaceful nights using individual, personalised plans and methods that will help you feel confident in regaining control of your child's sleep pattern. My approach is unique because I don't follow "a script" and aim to really get to know you and your child/children on a personal level in order to provide real personalised plans that work.
